What size does my country use?
American sizes
are for U.S. and Canada.  American size cards are very similar in size to business cards used in many Latin American and Eastern European countries (90mm x 50mm).

European sizes are for Ireland, Italy, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Spain, Switzerland, Belgium, Slovenia, Portugal, and Turkey.  If you are printing your cards with a local printer, send them the PDF you receive from us and see if it works for them.

How do I know if I have the right size for my country?
If you are having your printing done by someone else send them the PDF you get from Cardette.  Your printer will let you know if it will work for them.  Cardette is a free service and not responsible for any issues caused by incorrect sizing.

What will I receive?
A PDF with your card in the page layout format you have chosen.  The PDF is high resolution and suitable for professional printing.

Which Layout Format should I choose?
For Business Cards: If you want to have your cards printed by a printer, choose the “One per page” layout.  For home printing or to take to a copy shop use the 8 or 10 per page option.  8 per page will work with “print-to edge” business card paper with 8 cards on a page, or can be cut using cut guides with regular cardstock.  The 10 per page option works for business card paper with 10 cards per page.  Try both options if you are not sure what you need – you’ll see how it works on the PDFs you receive.

For Postcards: If you want to have your cards printed by a printer, choose the “One per page” layout.  To print yourself or at a copy shop use the 2 per page option

For Invitations: We only offer “One per page” layouts.
